The Tea Pad Fellowship Program
The Tea Pad Fellowship Program will provide financial and professional opportunity for candidates interested in joining the cannabis industry.
The Fellowship will provide qualified candidates with a small stipend – funded by Tea Pad, sister social enterprise CannabizMD and corporate partners – and opportunities such as corporate training, business networking, and how to navigate the different sectors of the cannabis industry. Following the completion of an education program curated by CannabizMD with a focus on cannabis science, policy, and leadership skills, participants will be matched with a cannabis business for on-the-job training and experience based on their skills and preferences with the goal of permanent employment.
As Tea Pad’s primary goal is to increase diversity in the cannabis industry, particular emphasis will be placed on choosing female and minority candidates.
