The Tea Pad Fellowship Program
The Tea Pad Fellowship Program advances women and BIPOC in cannabis STEM (science, technology, engineering, and medicine). The Fellowship provides financial and professional opportunities for candidates.
The nonprofit Tea Pad Foundation LTD funds the tea Pad Fellowship, founding partner social enterprise CannabizMD, corporate partners (plant-touching and ancillary service providers), and individual donors.
The Fellowship will deliver a foundation in cannabis science and policy, leadership training, and invaluable cannabis industry networking. Following the completion of the education program curated by CannabizMD, Fellows will be matched with a cannabis business for on-the-job training and experience based on their skills and preferences with the goal of permanent employment.
As Tea Pad’s primary goal is to increase diversity in the cannabis industry, particular emphasis will be placed on placing female and minority candidates.

The Tea Pad Scholarship for Black Entrepreneurship at Morgan State University considers the student's grades, leadership roles along with school or community involvement.
